Superhero Disco with Roadrunner Disco, 2.30 – 4.30pm. £2 entry includes juice & snack plus teas and coffees for adults. There will also be a prize for the best costume. Tickets must be booked in advance.

World Book Day

Mothers Day Weekend Special

STEM Club – Mission to Mars

Description: This February and March our STEM Club is taking on a “Mission to Mars”. Discover how we could take the journey from Earth to Mars, how we might plant a Martian garden and design our living quarters. Throughout the sessions, we’ll explore a variety of aspects of living on Mars through hands-on activities for children aged 7-12.
This Club is to run in 2 time slots which will be 10-1130 & 13-1430. Pre-booking required and when booking please specify which time slot you would like to attend when emailing stemclub@asc.scot

Sunday Whittling

Description: Free Event
Whittling is an age old pastime that requires very few tools. Come along to Haddo and enjoy an afternoon of being creative and shooting the breeze with the local Ranger and Suzanna (VSO).
It won’t be a taught session (although sharing of ideas and expertise will be welcomed) – just an opportunity to sit around the fire, work on your own project and chat with like-minded people.
If you have your own tools please bring them along. We do have a limited supply of sheath knives and folding saws – please let us know in advance if you would like to borrow any of these.
You may also wish to bring along something to sit on and hot drinks/snacks – wrap up warm as it can get quite cold when sitting for longer periods.
Everyone is welcome, although we would ask that children are accompanied (and supervised) by an adult.

Love Rara Basic Face Painting Training

Description: Want to learn how to face paint? Learn how to do basic face painting through different brush and sponge work. Then come along to our Love Rara Basic Face Painting Workshop!
This course will go over basic techniques such as brush and sponge work safety on use of products and how to do a simple quick boy and girl design. If you have come to previous workshops don’t worry, the designs and techniques you learn will be different each time!

Whats Included – A Two hour workshop, all professional products, practice boards, stencils, paints, glitters and brushes will be supplied for you to practice with during the course and practise boards to paint on. You will also get opportunities to take photos of completed work for your own use and there will a model demonstration for you to watch and follow along with lead by Zara Grant.
