Description: Come join us on May Day Bank Holiday weekend (4 & 5 May) at National Trust for Scotland’s Haddo House for this brand new and exciting market celebrating Aberdeenshire.
This special collaboration between North Hop and Haddo House will make for the perfect family and dog friendly day out, giving you the opportunity to enjoy awesome food and drink, meet the makers, pick up some local produce to take home, along with the chance to explore the house, gardens and country park.
The market will encompass a couple of different areas with plenty of seating to kick back and enjoy the unique surroundings. A wide selection of food, drink and craft market traders will be located in the hall, with various street food vendors outdoors, and the courtyard set up for family friendly activities; whilst the North Hop Bar will be popping up to play host to local beers, ciders, spirits and more.

Description: Join us on Sunday 5 May 2019 for the BHGE 10K Running Festival. Aberdeen’s longest running road race.
The BHGE 10K route takes in Aberdeen beach and harbour areas and has some spectacular views along the route of the North Sea, the famous Beach Ballroom and Aberdeen Football Club’s Pittodrie Stadium.
The 2019 event will host the BHGE 10K, Wheelchair 10K, Specsavers Schools 2K, Wheelchair 2K and Family Fun Run alongside a range of family entertainment in the race village.

Description: Junior AYMT invite you to step through the wardrobe into the magical world of “Narnia”. Based on the C.S. Lewis classic, “The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe”, “Narnia” is a musical which draws you into the enchanted world filled with creatures, spirits and talking animals and deals with the battle between good and evil.
Narnia is ruled by a great lion, the majestic King Aslan but, in his absence, the evil White Witch has seized power and imposed an unending winter, one which never leads to Christmas. Four English school children, evacuated from their home during World War II go to stay with their Uncle. While exploring their new home, they unexpectedly plunge through the magical wardrobe and come across Narnia, a place covered in ice and snow. They befriend some of the enchanted animals and are caught up in the battle to overcome the White Witch and return Narnia to the world it knew under the rule of the Great Lion.
This new musical adventure will capture the imagination of young and old alike.
