Fourth Trimester Group

Where: Cults Kirk Centre, 404 North Deeside Road, AB15 9TD
Date: Friday 23rd February 2018
Time: 11:00 – 13:00
Description: The Fourth Trimester group is a regular mother and baby support group, especially designed for mothers with babies 3 months old and under, along with mamas to be. The fourth trimester (the three months after birth) are a rollercoaster of hormones, sleep deprivation, and learning while you get to grips with looking after your beautiful new baby. Finding a support network of mums who really get what you are going through is so important, and that’s how this group came to be. There’s no expectations, and no judgement – just come as you are (even if you are on day 3 of dry shampooing your hair) and find hot tea/coffee, cake, sling advice and support, + lots of reassuring and inspiring chat from mums who ‘get it’.
Come along to our first group between 11-1 (drop in, no need to book) on Friday 23rd February, at Cults Kirk Centre. You’ll find us in the spacious Bennachie room, with lift access and plenty of space to park your buggy. A £2 suggested donation to cover room hire is appreciated.
Cults Kirk Centre has parking, and can also be easily accessed on the number 19 route.
If you need more information, please email solastamama@gmail.com
And the support doesn’t end there – join the Solasta Mamas Facebook group to connect with other local mums, and share the trials, tribulations and triumphs of life with a tiny human, without having to move off the sofa – click here http://www.facebook.com/groups/solastamamameetups
