Parent, toddler and baby classes. It is exercise for you! Bring your babies along, bring toddlers along and they can play with their toys or they can join in with you.
A structured warm up, main workout and cool down and stretch designed for you to become stronger and move better so you are ‘fit for parenting’
How often are we having to pick things up off the floor while still carrying them or when they throw their toys out of the pram or even picking them up when they are on the move??…
Imagine doing a deadlift (the ‘scary’ one that people worry about doing their back in with) but the weight is a moving, fast, wriggling weight… That’s parenthood! But we don’t think about the fact when we pick our little humans up that we ARE deadlifting them, we ARE exercising.. And if we can’t move effectively we can get hurt..
So by doing a class that encourages increasing applied strength, increasing range of motion and fitness levels we are getting fit for parenting 🙂
It’s best to do this class after doing initial rehab work after birth. I have classes to refer for this or can offer PT.. This class is best as your next level up so you can make the most of it

Anchor Wipeout family fun day

Description: Our ANCHOR Wipeout family fun days are a fantastic way to spend the last weekend of the summer holiday with UNLIMITED access to a world of family fun! Children’s wristbands can be pre-ordered through EventBrite and collected and paid for on the day – just remember to bring cash as we will not have a card machine. Remember all spectators go free!
It is not essential to pre-order your wristband – they will also be available to purchase on the day.
Your child’s all-inclusive wristband gives UNLIMITED access to a world of fun activities, including our:

Please note that if you have more than one child coming with you to join in the family fun day, you will require one wristband for each child. Choose to boost your wristband and upgrade to our Family Fun Gold Wristband which also includes facepainting – so your child can become the hero of their dreams, a unicorn, butterfly… the options are endless.
Entry to join us as a spectator will always remain completely FREE, so you can come along and watch our Wipeout participants battle it out on the inflatable obstacle course.
All our family fun will take place within the safe and secure setting of the Highland Games Field at Hazlehead Park. Families are welcome to bring picnic blankets and camping chairs so you can settle in for the day and soak up the Wipeout atmosphere.
For all your catering needs, we will have a fantastic Foodie Village offering delicious food from local vendors.

We are gong to have a number of inflatables and/or games on a day. As well as face-painters & tattoo artists. You can also enjoy your time listening to our DJ and there is a possibilities for some more dance and theatre acts (to be confirmed).
FAIRY DRESS COMPETITION:
We will hold 3 competitions with 3 valuable awards among those who going to dress up as fairy personality

With the opportunity to watch dolphins, take part in a wildlife walk and go hunting for minibeasts and rockpool wonders, this is the perfect chance to get together with family and friends outdoors.
